    What can I do to get thicker hair?
    My hair is thin, and I hate it. Is there anything I can to do make my hair thicker and shiner?

    Take 4000-10,000 IUs of vitamin D plus 1000 mgs of calcium per day.

    Also, there is a reputable product called Viviscal (amazon, drugstore, etc.) that is pricey and has to be taken (2x a day) for at least 3 months to make any difference. I used it with good results. Read the reviews on it first before buying it.
