    Not too easily. If you Google "Saturn aura headlight change" you will find a video. Have to pull off the radiator shroud, wheel well liners and other parts. Not good engineering for a DIY'r,

    Wow, that's pretty bad. In my Ford Taurus it was pretty easy to change the tail lights and also the lights themselves thast go inside the housing. Same thing with the head lights
