    Lm not getting pregrant
    Hie lm not faillng its been three year now the problem is l have strong and painful period pain and l produce some blood clots l don't know what to do.what can l do to to get pregrant and what is the best time to get pregrant or what can l take to become fertal if l am not pliz help

    You've been actively trying, charting when you're ovulating by using basal temperature, and having sex on your most fertile days, for 3 years?

    It's time to see a fertility specialist.

    A strong and painful period is not enough information. It might have something to do with an issue such as PCOS, or it may be totally unrelated and mean essentially nothing to do with your fertility. That being said, after 1 year most couples are advised to see a fertility specialist, so I recommend you see one as well. Good luck
