    Surpplying herbal cannabis
    If I hold 18 grams of herbal cannabis for someone , is it true that when I give it them back I can be charged with surppling the drug

    Given the panoply of federal and state laws against cannabis, you CAN be charged with myriad things if you give the dope back.. But, in the unlikely event that you get busted handing him his pot, they'll probably let you go.

    Then again, if you're in Texas or Oklahoma, you'll probably get life.
