Consent in Nebraska!
My boyfriend and I are living in Kansas city, I am 17 and he is 27, In Kansas city that's legal if your 17 then you can do anythng because your considered and adult. My boyfriend was wanting to move back to Nebraska, And we were wondering if we would have any problems moving, We just want to know the legal law in Nebraska, and if it would be okay!

You can't do anything at the age of 17, but sex is legal. For example you cannot rent an apartment, etc. You have to be of legal age to sign contracts or move out of the parental home. Age of majority in all States is 18. So to move yo another state with him you will need to wait until you are 18 or you could be considered a runaway.
