    Family court
Well me and my lady have been at odds for sometime about our kids and as I look at the whole picture in the court of law I just don't have the rights to my kids as she does, even if I have been living with the kids for over 3 years. I still pay child support for my 4 year old that was set in place 3 years ago when I took her to court. They gave her custody and me visitation that only lasted for about 3 months because I moved in with her. She has got on warefare at the time I took her to court and got houseing as well. We now have a 1 year old now that I have been living with since the day she was born. But they also got me for child support as well,so I'm paying for both my kids and have lived there with both of them for 3 years. Is this right? I now what to take her to court and have they gave of both 50/50 as we both should. I feel like if something happen that she would not say I ever lived with her. I give her money for bills almost all my pay check.

The Orders are according to law in your State or Country - where are you?

If "she" collected Welfare while living with you and hid that fact, yes, she's committed a crime.

Here you are posting as a man; you also have posted as a woman. Which is it?

Do you get mail at that address? Can you prove you live there by other means?

If you are cohabitating there should be no support.
