Central air unit blowing cool air in winter
It is 36 degrees outside and there is frost buildup on my outside heat/ac unit. The air blowing through the vents are cool not warm. What is my problem?

Your heat pump is malfunctioning. Possibly low Freon. Have it checked. If unit is very old, consider replacing it with a cold weather model.
