As to age, I'd say it was made in early Feb. 1994. (94=1994, 05=fifth week)
The Sears number doesn't help me at all. Is there a manufacturers number on the sticker? Some Sears furnaces are made by a division of Carrier, others by a division of York, others by??

    I was wrong on the model #. It is 867.763130. I did find a manufacturer # of S699511A. The 'S' may be a '5', I couldn't tell for sure.
