Here is how you get privileges -- you cheerfully (with an honest smile on your face) clean your room and keep it picked up without any reminders, make your bed every morning, ask your teacher homework questions (moms aren't supposed to help with homework), ask your mom to show you how to do your own laundry and then do it in a timely way and fold up clothes and put them away, ask her to show you how to do dishes or deal with the dishwasher if you have one, and ask her to show you how to make simple meals. Of course, during her teaching of you, you will be polite and not whiny and will ask good questions. If you show what a terrific and cooperative member of the family you are, you will get privileges.

Then help with the clean-clothes folding and putting away, and not just your clothes but also everyone else's in the family. Help fold clean sheets and bedding. Clean family areas like the living room and bathroom (after she shows you what to do). And do a good job!! And you can do simple jobs in the kitchen (make salads, set the table, scrape off dirty dishes, etc.) and even learn to make simple desserts like brownies and cookies. My sons were doing all of this by age ten.

You're 13. It sounds like mom is a responsible parent and doesn't want you seeing your boyfriend because you're too young to be dating.
I'd really love to hear your moms side of this story, I'm sure she'd have a lot to say about your behavior and why she does the things she does. .
As for your homework. It's your homework, not your moms. If you're having trouble, ask your teachers, that's what they're there for. If you don't finish the work on your own, that's your fault, not moms. So stop blaming her for the trouble you get into for not doing YOUR work!
I highly doubt you're as wonderful as you think you are. Why? I have a teenager too. He empties the dishwasher once and acts like he clean our entire house from top to bottom with his toothbrush. So you, not buying it. Frankly, I'm on your moms side, because I'm dealing with the same thing she is, a teen that expects the world, but does nothing to earn it.
