    This is not a question I just need to let it all out!!
    I miss my little sister and don't know what to do. We have been separated for 4 years. My aunt says I'm thinking to negative on how she is doing. I had a therapist and she said I was doing good so she let me go. But I really miss my little sister and I am trying not to think about it. And it works until I think about my family or I hear someone talk about theirs. What should I do?

    You have a therapist who apparently discusses these issues with you. That's the person to be giving you advice.

    Otherwise - keep busy.

    Perhaps if your emotional problems/concerns were posted in the same place they would be easier to answer. TeacherJenn already told you to spend less time on your computer, that that would be helpful.

    Why are you separated, where is she out ? Are you not allowed to talk to her?

    We are separated because my mom did a bad thing. My little sister hasn't talked to since forever because her dad moved
