    Which tax form?
    I am on a H1B visa .It is my first year in US. I have no dependants. Which tax form should I fill? I live in Miami,FL.

    If you were on H-1B for EVERY day in 2006, then you can file Form 1040EZ.

    If not, then you must file Form 1040NR-EZ.

    I was in US on H1B visa in 2006 for 154days and on B1 visa for 34days. So which tax form should I fill?

    You will need to fill out an W-7 Form to get your ITIN number first, that is a number the IRS assigns when you do not have a Social Security Number and it will also establish you as a citizen(if you want to become a citizen). If you're a single with no dependents you have to file the 1040-EZ.

    You can go on the IRS website and get these forms Internal Revenue Service
