I saw a movie that started in the 1800's about burning a witch then the era changed
I saw a movie that started in the 1800's the town people burning a witch to death on a pole and the pole fell into the lake, then the era changed to the 1980,s and a family bought the house by the lake, a mother a 10 year old son, a 17 year old daughter and a husband. The witch killed every one including a priest that came to the house to bless and perform an exoriszm on the house. What is the name of this horror movie?

Thanks for your answer but that is not the movie. The movie began back in the 17th century, the town people were burning witches and warlocks on stakes, the female witch was burning on the stake and the stake and her fell into a lake where they were being burned at. Then the era changed to the 19th century and a family bought the house by that lake and the witch dwelled in their basement, they had a priest come to perform an exorzisim on the house and while he was performing the exorzism an electric saw started up by itself, the saw came off the handle and sawed into the priest and killed him. The witch killed everyone in the movie, the 10 year old son first, the 17 year old daughter 2nd, the mother 3rd then the father. At the end of the movie the father poured gasoline into the lake to try to kill the witch but the witch pulled the father into the lake and killed him and the movie went off with the witch laughing hideously.

That description fits Superstition exactly (right down to the flying saw blade), so I guess there must be 2 movies with identical plots...

I'm more into collecting great older movies such as this black & white movie. A man had an eye growing into his shoulder and slowly throughout the movie the eye turned into a gorilla and he became half man & half gorilla. Towards the end of the movie they fought each other, separted tearing apart from each other and the gorilla was thrown into a volcano. Hope you can help getting the title to this movie. Have a good night.

WWII era movie
[ 1 Answers ]
There is a movie I saw as a kid, I believe it was set in the WWII era, and the only scene I remember was a girl going out and her little brother drew a line up the back of her leg to make it look like she was wearing nylons. What movie is this? It's driving me crazy.
