I had my tubal done about 2 and half years ago and I been nauseous so I took a pregnancy test and it was automatically positive took another one and was negative can I be pregnant

It is possible, but not likely.
The issue is that there is seldom a false positive, but false negatives happen a lot.
How many weeks are you late on your period ? Since being late on the period is normally the fist sign you have.
