Reducing your calorific intake by around 1000 calories per day will help you to lose upwards of 2 pounds per week.
Coupled with aerobic exercise and you're onto a winner.
It's best NOT to do this alone, but join a group and take the advantage of extra support from people in the same situation.

Why do you wish to weigh 90? That's a little low.

It is said that the average person needs 2000 cal. per day (24 hrs) to not gain nor lose weight. If you will count the cal. in whatever you eat, it will help. There are cal. counters online also.
I lost weight once by eatiing only meat and salads for awhile. Good luck. I do think 90 lbs. is a little underweight!

I'm reading that the recommended weight for a 4'9" female is between 74 and 94 pounds. I'm 5'4" and 110, and that doesn't look too thin.
A diet of meat and salad is not a healthy recommendation.
You need a balanced diet, lots of water, exercise, vegetables and fruits.
What diet plans have you researched?
