    It's still not very clear what you're asking.

    You're buying an apartment? What does "make readies" mean? Are you bidding to clean the apartments? What exactly are you bidding on? What is your business?

    Yes cleaning the apartment getting it ready to rent out also biding on the final cleaning of a new house before the move in after all construction is finished.
