    First time probation violation
I'm 27 and this has been my first time as an adult dealing with probation. Part of my plea agreement was that I do non violent classes. I went to Orientation twice but never went through with the classes. I see my PO every scheduled appointment I had a good job but lost it and now have a few leads on a job now. I was put in jail last April and did my full 2 month sentence. It was a misdemeanor. Now I have to see the judge tomorrow about why I haven't taken my classes. I'm scared of the possibility of going back to jail. What can I do

    Hello joe:

What can you do? Sign up for classes TODAY and tell the judge... It probably won't do any good, though.

Yes, be signed up for a class before court, beg and plead and hope judge is in a good mood.
But honestly, I would have my bag packed, since my guess you are off for jail again.
What did you expect, you chose not to go to the classes
