    Lose weight?
    Hi I am a 14 year old girl. I am 5ft 7in and 232lbs. I know I am over weight and I try to lose weight but I can never stick with it. Any ideas/help? Please...

    You have to learn to stick with it... otherwise you will never lose it. Once you do that you have to find and follow a healthy balanced diet.

    There is no easy way to achieve long term result.

    Can you get up a half hour earlier each morning and walk -- go outside and walk around the block or even just to the end of the block, if that is all you can manage at first. Keep adding more and more steps each time. Or buy a treadmill (your parents?) and walk on it twice a day for 20 minutes each time.

    Cut out all sugars and corn syrup additives. Cut out products made with wheat flour. That leaves mostly fruits and vegetables and lean meats. Drink lots and lots of water.

    Try this faithfully for two weeks and then assess your progress.
