    Can I be taxed on my perdeim
    R company is going to start taxing us on the 18 dollars aday as of feb 3 2013 is that legal it on r checks but was never taxed

    After one year, a job is no longer considered to be temporary in nature by the IRS.

    As a result, per diem payments is then considered to be compensation rather than reimbursement for expenses incurred and is thus taxable income.
