I am looking for the name of a film seen many years ago, I think it was in B&W. Film was set in the turn of the century america and centred around a scientist / adventurer trying to time travel by living in the past. He set up his house as victorian style and eventually "convinced" his mind and body he was in the past. He lived in the past for a large portion of the film, fell in love with a girl in that era but he found a coin in his pocket (an old cent) from his "previous" era which forced the memory of his original life back and he came back to his real time. Any one know what this is?
