Ill be 18 February 5th, 2013. I'm still in high school and I have a whole year ahead if me. I have a lot of family issues in my home. We are a blended family. I live in Indiana. Can I still move out at 18? Would my parents be able to stop me?

You can move out even if you are still in high school. You need to talk to your school about your new address, however, in regards to the catchment area for your school. (I hope you don't drop out.)

Thank you so much it means a lot to me that you took the time to answer. I however will not be dropping out of school. I am finally relieved that I no longer have to fear the fact that my step mother can no longer hold me here. Though she has tried many times. She can no longer have control. Thank you so much

Double happy birthday! Do you have a place to go in 4 days? Do you have an ID or copy of your birth certificate?

Thank you very much. And Yes I'll be living with my boyfriends grandmother. We have been together for 6 1/2 years. And I have a state ID, but my dad is fighting with me to get a copy of the birth certificate. And I also have a job. I work on a ranch taking care of horses.

Don't worry about the b.c. if you have an ID, but you can go get one yourself if local, or send to the Dept of Births on your own, for a fee. It will be notarized.
Be prepared for the fact that you will be free to do as you please, but also liable for all your actions. And medical/dental are two biggies to think about.

I really hope you stick with school. In today's market it's nearly impossible to get a decent job, or any job at all, without an education. Have you thought about college? If so, have you thought about how you'll pay for it?

Don't burn too many bridges. Getting out of the house may feel very important right now, and I'm sure it is, but there may come a time when you're in a hard situation and you need your parents. If you burn too many bridges, they may not be there for you when you need them. But that's assuming that they're there for you now, which it doesn't sound like they are.
