    Chest pains
I am having really bad chest pains, it hurts to move and breathe. I just want to know if this will pass on its own or if I NEED to go to the hospital.

Chest pains and you're sitting here writing to us? I suppose there is an off chance that it could be a pulled muscle but what are the chances? You need to get to the hospital to be checked out.

I'm on here because I have no working phone and no ride to the hospital for another few hours. If my life doesn't depend on going to the hospital, then I'm not. Can't really afford it.

Get a message to someone to call 911 for you (via email, text to a cellphone, holler out the window, whatever it tales) from your computer or any other way. Ambulance EMT's may check your condition and decide that going to the emergency room isn't necessary.
I don't know of any other assistance you can get here.
