So I was infected with a std and me not knowing at that point in time its possible that I used my vibrator once. I just recentky used it (after being treated) forgetting that its possible I used it. It wasn't cleaned of, I don't stick it inside me at all and no one else has used it, is it possible I reinfected myself?

It was stored in my underwear dresser, I don't think to clean it because I never insert it in me and I'm the only one using it

When you use it, chances are you get wet and juicy in your lady bits. That will transfer onto the vibrator. So even if you don't insert it, it will be exposed. As well said juices and the like will have enough biological material, i.e. soughed skin, mucus from the vaginal canal, and other excretions, that could support STI bacteria and viruses.

Now it isn't all doom and gloom. Most bacteria and virus will be rendered inactive and unable to be transmitted if left to dry. So if you left it out for a week or two than chances are you're fine. If you stored it in your underwear drawer... might be a little more dicey, the cotton will dry things, but it is a closed environment so the moisture might not have any place to go.

You should go and get tested and make sure to clean off ALL your toys. It is also good practice to just do that regardless. It will help keep things happy all around. There are special toy cleaners but you can use about anything. What you need to remember is to rinse off the toy very good. You don't want clean chemicals down there. Hence the reason for the toy cleaning stuff.

The std was trichomonas vaginalis, I'm just nervous because a hand full if people are saying yes, and a hand full is saying no because the parasite can't live without a moist warm place

I am not a doctor. I have a working knowledge, barely, of Microbiology. I have a minor in it from an university. Given my qualifications, please take what I am about to say with a grain of salt.

I did a little, very little, research on Trich. The website that was particularly helpful was:was this one. It suggests that you can get Trich from 'shared' or infected vibrator. It also goes on to say that it can't survive long outside of the body, so you can't get it from a toilet seat that an infected person has 'dripped' on.

So what does this all mean? You infected your vibrator. You left your vibrator to dry. So that could reason that the protozoa died while it sat in your underwear drawer.

All told, I believe it is unlikely that you've reinfected yourself but there is a chance, very slim, that you could have. So what I originally said stands in my opinion:
1). Clean ALL of your toys, from vibes, dildos, but plugs, to hair brush handles or anything else you're libel to put into your lady bits. Make sure they're clean before hand so when you get into the mood you don't have to think about it and lose momentum.
2). Get yourself tested again. Better safe than sorry. It also looks like you can be infected but not show or test positive. So getting tested every six months or so would be safe. When you get tested, talk to your doctor about this. He'll have a better idea of your chances.
