"I keep saying im going to stop and i do for a little then it happens gain" You make it sound like you have nothing to do with the act of putting your finger in your throat. First thing you need to do is take full responsibility for your actions. Second thing you need to do is try to find some therapy or a group. It doesn't have to be a group of purgers, but people who don't feel in control of their lives - basically just about anybody. You do know that this is bad for your health. Your teeth will soon be all rotten, for starters. Work out an eating plan, such as tiny meals on a tiny dessert plate or little bowl every 3 hours instead of 3 times a day. When you cook for the whole family, box or wrap up tiny portions for yourself. |
