I've taken 2 pregnancy test and they have both came back positive. But I haven't had even signs of being pregnant except for a missed period. (2 weeks late? Could/Am I pregnant?

If you are unsure then a more inclusive blood test would be in order.

There is almost never a false positive urine test, so if you have done two, you are pregnant.

And at two weeks late, that is the only sign all of the "SIGNS" will be starting in 2 to 6 weeks.
The first sign is missing the period ( or sometimes light spotting)

A blood test is where the doctor takes blood and does a medical test to verify.

This is the next step, but you are pregnant if you got two positive urine tests
