Did you change bowls before she started getting picky?

If so, try another bowl, and see if that works. Everyone will give you different advice on this, but my advice is pretty simple. Put the food in a bowl, and wait. If she's hungry she'll eat. It may take some time, but coddling her by hand feeding is going to lead to more issues than you want.

Agreed - just put the bowl down and wait. She has you eating out of her hand, LOL, by getting you to let her eat out of your hand. If you don't - she will eat, eventually, and certainly won't starve hoping you will change.
My dog won't eat until she has checked all around the place. She has to see what the cat is doing, what I am cooking for myself, what else might be put in her bowl if I open the fridge. Some of this is from the wild, when an animal always checks the surroundings before eating. They know they are vulnerable and can't smell, see, or hear other predators very well.

I am sorry, just stop feeding her out of your hand, she gets hungry enough, she will eat out of the bowl.

How much are you feeding your dog?

These little dogs will not and should not eat a lot. She may be full.

A lot of people feel as if their little dogs should be eating like big dogs. A healthy dog will eat what it needs for daily energy requirements.

As others have suggested, just feed her in her bowl, or even try a new bowl, and see if she eats. If she doesn't, than pick it up and try again later.

Speak with your vet on how many cups you should be feeding her for her to maintain a healthy weight. Little dogs become obese quickly because owners over feed them.

If she doesn't seem interested in eating in 2 days, call your vet because something may be brewing inside.

But stop feeding her from your hand. Let her get a little hungry. Healthy dogs will not starve themselves.
