Someone that is on probation and tries to starts a fight is that a violation
I suspected this certain person possibly had stold or solen or has my property
I told him that it had a gps on it and there going to track where it is. I asked him and he said it was in the garage and so I looked it wasn't there then he split and came back and I told him I called the cops and there going to be here and if they show up ask them to waite a min. I will be right home I had to return a video then he got in my face and called me all kinds of names disrespecting me knowing that I could have pushed it and got this person to hit and the fact that this person is on probation I walked away now thinking back on it I was just wanting to know is that a violation cause I thought there suppost to stay out of trouble and not provoke it

From what you state it appears that you were the one provoking this person, not the other way around. You say 'knowing that I could have pushed it and got this person to hit'. If that isn't provoking I don't now what is. You told him you had called the cops and 'if they show up, tell them to wait a minute' Why did you bait him liked that ?
He didn't violate his probation by yelling at you.

Appears to have been one big game for you. Why ?

Sounds like he was smarter than you were, and he refused to be provoked into hitting you.

Yes, sounds like if anyone broke the law it was you.

Next sounds like someone you know well, or you would not have went to there home.

Sounds like you were lying about GPS tracking and about calling the police.

I would say, you are on his property, and lied to get there, and you provoked him, you would most likely be the one going to jail on this.
