    883/1200cc, turns over, I'm getting fuel to carb,new battery,could fouled plugs be pro
    Turns over,just won't fire up,new battery,getting fuel to carb,turns over strong, only have 100 miles on new plugs,do plugs foul that quickly?

    Thoughts:

    . Replace the Ignition Control Module (ICM).

    . Bad kill switch?

    The proper plugs won't foul that fast.
