    Ohio mobile home eviction
    Can a landlord demand the title and legally get it for past rent due in the state of Ohio as I have been served papers from court to be out of my home by Feb 4 th I need to know asap. At the present time can not afford to pay for relocation of home.

    So you are renting space in a trailer park. And you are behind in the rent. The park owner can file for an eviction. If given a judgment for past due rent he may be able to seize the home.

    Also read your lease agreement. The lease agreement may specify that the home can be seized for unpaid rent.
