    If you're paying child support could the IRS take all your refund
    If your paying child surrport could the IRS take your whole refund.

    If you are paying child support, there is no reason for them to take it.

    If you are not paying it and are behind in paying and they have a court order to garnish your money, yes they can take it all if you are behind in payments
