    Pregnant?
I had a very light period(might of filled one pad/tampon with entire amount over 3-4 days), it was also very lightly colored. I could go all day at school without anything... Now that it's over I have not lost the normal bloating weight and have been having back pain. Am I pregnant? Should I take a test?

Relax..! Your probably in stress.. If your bleeding or spotting then your definitely not pregnant.. usually, how would your blood flow be? Are you under weight or over weight? That too depends on your light colour bleeding..

Check your blood hemoglobin count.. it should have gone down.. so have some blood producing food like beetroot salads, black dates, have green tea regularly, leafy vegetables, pomegranates and just two almonds per day...

Eat the black dates and almonds and drink a cup of green tea every day..

Have the salads twice a week... I have tried all these an it works well on the blood level..

Are you from a western country..?

I am sorry for Kpuppy very poor and very incorrect answer, obvioiusly they are a child with no knowledge of pregnancy.

Yes spotting is very common with pregnancy and it is possible but not common to have a normal period the first month or two in pregnancy.

If you don't have your normal period, it can be anything from stress to illness to medical conditions, to STD and other infections.

You have to wait till two weeks past the period date to do a pregnancy test, Use the first urine of the morning
