I use to smoke, I quit over 6 months ago but here is the catch I did not quit completely I took 1 hit in August 1 hit in September nothing in October 1hit in November and nothing is December or January I should be able to pass my hair follicle test if I kept my level low enough?

It is possible to still show up if the past use very high, You need to quit, if you are going to quit.
With two months of non use, you may be OK.
