    Grind down or shave concrete
Purchased a home that has a shed with a garage door but they did not angle or offset the slab. I would like to create an angle for water drainage.

Looking for idea's on how to do this.

Good graphics! Unfortunately grinding concrete is not that easy. On a large span, using a commercial grinding company with a wet grinder is the best answer. They do make seals that are glued to the concrete and form a curb but can trap water.

I have, both wet and dry, but with the dimensions you are quoting it would take a very long time and lots of grinding wheels. The cheapest slope solution would be to drill and cut the concrete and then do a sloped skirt. Hammer drill and some concrete discs.

    Thanks for your replys.

The door does have a rubber seal at the bottom. It has to be a hard rain at a certain angle for water to get in. I 've been here seven months and it's happened twice.

Maybe this idea would be easier and help a little.

    What you think ?

Also, I'm not familiar with the diamond cutting wheels, could you recommend something ?
