So what I do..? This is quiet unusual.. this has been the longest break by the way my cycles..
I can't be pregnant for sure.. I am unemployed for the past 6 months.. I am stressed though.. I have been stressed and had irregular periods while I was at work.. but I din have this much pain (which is similar to the pain we have during our periods).. I would usually have the pain at a moderate level..

Stress can certainly cause all of this, but so can other conditions, so if you have insurance such as Cobra, see a doctor. Long hot baths, a heating pad with a damp washcloth under it, 'pelvic tilts', a healthy diet, keep your bowels moving with fiber, and try to do a little exercise such as walking or yoga. Even if it turns out that you have something like a tipped uterus or fibroids you need to do all that, as do millions of women who generally suffer. You may have to give up coffee, some tell me. I used to take dolomite 35-40 years ago, a mineral, and it did help. I don't see it much anymore.
