I have a Hamilton Bay Ceiling fan with a light kit and a remote controls unit.
The light will not come on, I have replace the light bulb which is a 120v 100w tube bulb and it still does not come on. The fan works by the remote control but the light does not. I need help in tracing the wire to see if it is not twisted together any longer and I don't know how to do that, I need help.
My fan is about 12 years old the number on it is or looks like #399544. Help please, Barton |

I have a hamilton bay remote ceiling fan and cannot get the lens cap off to replace burnt light bulbs. It turns half way and then stops.
