    Human resource management dissertation topic
Hi, I am a MSc Human Resource student. I am in the middle process of selecting the dissertation topic. I am interesting about production regime in some countries such as Japan, German and France. I have finished my essay about production regime and employment relations system lately. And I found an interest on Japanese lean production model. Can I use Japanese lean production model as my dissertation topic? I am interesting whether Japanese lean production model can be seen as a good practice in developing countries. I will appreciate the feedback from everyone. Thanks.

Why not use it, especially if it is timely? Doesn't your instructor have to approve your topic? What we think is not important. And be sure you love the topic because you will be living with it for a long time!
