    No title, just one memory.
I saw this movie when I was way too young to be watching these types of film. The only thing that I can recall about the movie is that a mother and daughter ( rather young) were chained ( tied) in some sort of basement. Each day this rather large, kind of foolish, simple looking man would come down into the basement and drain one of them of some blood, into a large bowl. Near the end of the movie the young child was still chained to the wall, sitting on the floor, but had passed out and the man entered the area to take blood. The mother begged that the blood be taken from her instead because she screamed that her daughter has passed out and would die if blood was taken from her again. The man took the blood from the daughter anyway. It may have been at that time my mother came into the room and flipped the station and that could be the cause for me having no other memory of the movie, but the title has been bugging me for years. Any help?

I'm looking for the name of a 90's or possibly late 80's sci-fi movie where people turn into monsters. All I can remember is a scene, near the end I think, where the main protaginist, I think, ends up turning into a monster. This means he's going to die, he cannot survive as a monster for whatever...
