    First violation of probation
Was arrested for dui because of medical drugs , I am 68 , put in jail... when I went to court I did not hear the judge say I was revoked that day ( which he didn`t say), I understood I would get letter from dmv... which later I did) I drove my car not knowing and got aressted for driving on rev. and breaking probation . How long would I I have to go to jail for ? The remaining time of 4 months. Or the whole 11,29 ?

    Hello c:

The question you should be asking is where can I find an attorney to represent me. Had you secured one BEFORE your conviction, you may very well have NOT been convicted.. Be that as it may. You NEED an attorney NOW.

No... only your lawyer can do that. Or the DA.. but that's unlikely to happen.

And you are going to stay in there until you can prove them wrong.

If you really did violate probation.. you will rack up legal bills you would have to pay and still remain in jail.

    Hello again, c:

If you plead not guilty, and the time for filing an appeal hasn't expired, then YES you can appeal.

Also on probation, it is not the time remaining, if they wanted to send you to jail ( and I doubt they will) you could go for up to the entire probation time given, not just the remainder
