    What is your question?
Periods do vary a lot, and there is nothing very unusual about a heavy, 2 day period.
Ovulation pain would happen in the middle of your cycle.
Pain during your period (cramps) can be from any number of things, and you need to eat a blander diet, keep your bowels moving, do pelvic tilts (lie on your back and lift your pelvis, over and over), put a heating pad on your abdomen, soak in a warm tub, and take pain relievers.
A doctor might do an ultrasound to see where your uterus is positioned and if you have fibroids or other conditions.
