Don't be sad Cappy. We actually love monkeys. Especially when sauteed with a bit of olive oil, mushrooms, onions, spinach,.

Mmm. Yes. Yumm. Can't forget the garlic. I also like to use a touch of sugar, adds a little more "sweet to the meat." hehehe.
How are you feeling today Synnen? Better, I hope.

Only free range monkeys please! Sinewy simians would require slow cooking, you know.
Or we could leave this disgusting turn and instead make monkey bread in effigy.
Monkey Bread
1/2 c pecans
1 ts cinnamon
1/2 c sugar
3 cn biscuits
1 ea stick of butter
1 c brown sugar
Directions:
Place pecans in bottom of Bundt pan. Combine cinnamon and sugar. Cut each biscuit into quarters and roll in sugar mixture. Stack biscuits in pan. Combine butter and brown sugar. Pour over biscuits. Bake 30-40 minutes at 350.

Don't worry. I will only use the underside. And, I don't mind washing when I know the monkey is a tender one and worth the work.
