    Newspaper legal notices
    How do you go about putting a legal notice in the newspaper stating you are not responsible for any debt incurred other than by yourself? Soon to be ex-spouse opening accounts in your name and then not paying?

    Contact the local paper's classified ads dept. They can help you with prices and wording for such legal notices.

    Have divorce papers been filed? Is there a legal separation going on? Your going to need proof of these activities and bring them to the courts attention.
