So my dad abandoned me and my mom right after she gave birth, I just seen him once just after that but it was to get a signature to come to the united states, now that I am 21 I was wondering if I am authorized to any money since I never received anything from him while I was growing

Nope. It was up to your mother to file for child support. Now its too late.

However, if your father dies intestate, you might be entitled to a portion of his estate, if you can prove paternity.

Not a penny, your mother if she ever filed for child support, could still try and collect that, But the child is not the one who receives money, it is the mother
