Can your parole officer allowed to lie to you
My parole officer lied to me about alcohol coming up in my urine. Is he allowed to do this?

Yes he can lie to you, he can not lie to the court, he can not revoke you by lying.

He can lie to you, to try and make you confess to a violation,
You say you were not drinking, take a test, he tells you that it showed up, and that if you confess now, he will be easier on you. So you confess.

Actually this is normal and how many of them do it. If he says it shows up, if you were drinking, most likely he may already know you were, but if you were not drinking, demand to see the written results

    Hello d:

If he's going to DO something about it, he can't lie. If he's VIOLATING you over it, tell us, and we'll tell you what to do.
