    Color problem
My hair is naturally med/dark brown with reddish highlights. I color it to cover some grey. My problem is the color always turns orange-ish. I have it professionally done, last time my stylist told me she used double ash to try and correct the problem, it didn't work. About 2 weeks after the last touchup, it started to lift orange again. How can I correct this?? Thank you.

Have you tried using shampoo that specifically made to treat colored hair? I believe most shampoos are gentle enough for color treated hair, however you could try using shampoo that is advertised towards women with color treated hair to save the shine and color of your dye

Yes I have used shampoo for color treated hair. So apparently that is not the issue. Thanks.
