    Pain in upper arm
    Very "achey" upper arm.from shoulder to elbow. Makes sleeping very difficult. Find myself on the computer at 2/3o.clock in the morning to try and take my mind off it.

    You could have pulled your muscle, or damaged a nerve, or pinched a nerve, or blood clot, or... a hundred different things.

    You need to see a doctor about this. From three sentences, or three hundred for that matter, we can't make an accurate diagnosis. It is impossible to do online.
