    10 ton 2 stage heat pump packet unit heater down.
    I switch the there thersmostat to heat but I get no respond from the fans and condensers.

    Make sure there's no loose wiring and check the horse power matches ths unit if it is a replacement fan.

The fan will stop after aprox 5 - 10 minutes. The motor was replaced, same issue. Then the tech bypassed the defrost relay, same issue. Then he wired straight to the contactor with same issue.
