    Person leased apartment in my name
    Step daughter used her dads info to lease an apartment,
    She didn't pay, they came after him to pay, He went to court told the judge he never leased nor lived at this apartment. He had no clue she did this.
    When all said and doneJudge told him it was his daughter and he's responaible for amount owed, He refused to pay, now attorney put a lien on our home,
    What can we do to make them go after her

    How old is the daughter? You will likely have to sue her to recover the money.
