    Possession Charge
    I was charged with a minor offense of possession when I was 17 years old. My court date surpassed my 18th birthday and I was convicted in court when I was of age. I went through alternative measures. My family is taking a trip to Mexico this year and I was wondering if I can still travel to other countries?

    Felony or misdemeanor?

    Hello t:

    Little good it does you now, but if you committed the crime when you were a juvenile, you SHOULD have been convicted as a juvenile.. You had BAD legal advice, and it's going to haunt you for the rest of your life.

    By the way, Mexico couldn't care less about your criminal record..
