    Radioulnar pain
    I am 20yrs old. I workout regularly. But for past few weeks I am suffering from radioulnar pain. I tried taking few weeks rest. But when I lift weights,it again resurfaces. I took an x-ray, but it showed up nothing. Please suggest a solution.

    Talk to your doctor/phyiso thearpist. They'll have the best idea.

    It honestly sounds like you're doing your exercise wrong and straining a muscle. Hard to say. Maybe talk to your personal trainer, make sure you're doing everything right.
