Hard to say for sure... you say "drunk" but we don't really know how much that was. At any rate, it is likely that she will fail a test.

Drinking is a problem for her because she is on probation but they have never been able to catch her but then again she has never had this test before. She needs treatment but they won't send her unless she test dirty this time

It's too bad that she is into this at such an age. For her sake, and yours, I hope she fails the test.

Will it matter how much she drank if she was drunk enough to be slurring her words?

The level of consumption will matter, also when she tests. Less then 24 hours later, there's a good chance she'll fail, but it's not an exact science. A lot depends on how much she drank, her metabolism, her weight, her height, etc. etc. We all process things differently, even alcohol.
I hope this all works out so she can get the help she needs. I'm not sure about this, but if she's on probation, and ordered to stay away from alcohol, then next time call her probation officer when she comes home drunk. That may be the only way to finally get her caught. That's what I would do.

It was New Year's Eve so they were closed for New Years but she tested on wed. She is about 180lbs and about 5'6" tall if that helps

Got to spread the rep... but Alty is right... sometimes it takes tough love to get them what they need... and she never needs to know it was you that turned her in.
You call them... tip them off, they order her to go in the next day... she fails, problem solved.
She's still young enough permanent physical damage likely hasn't been done yet... but if she doesn't get help... eventually that point will be reached.

It's going to be close and it's really too difficult to know for sure. At this point all you can do is hope for the best.

I am so worried that once again she will pass one of there tests when she clearly should fail. She has even passed one of these tests two days after smoking pot. I just don't want her to go into adulthood and think she can get away with everything and then end up caught for something way more serious down the road as an adult. I only have a small window to make sure she understands consequences are not always from mom and they are not always small

As you have been told, you may need to report her. You can do it without her knowing it was you. It all comes down to how much you really want to help her and what you're willing to do to get it done.

I am the one who reported her this time and every time but aomehow she keeps passing the tests. Every time that I know or even might think she is dirty I report it but they wait days to test her. New Year's Eve I reported her at 1am by leaving a message for her po hoping that they would test her on Tuesday but they waited until almost 5pm on wed. To test. The juvenile system in pierce county wa sucks they just keep saying oh poor kid making bad choices you better not do that again.

Well as of today they said her results are still not back. I read somewhere that an initial negative result would return in 36 hours and that if the initial sample was

Oops hit the button too soon any way of the initial sample came back dirty and had to be rechecked to make sure that it would take 72 hour to get a result. Is there any truth to that or is that just more bogus Internet info

She should have tested dirty at her height, weight, and time of test, and what it sounds like her consumption was. But the fact that you haven't heard back yet troubles me. Your time scale with "negatives" and "positives" as far as the result being delivered back are accurate.
You're still a good mom. Keep trying
