    Trying to get pregnant
Me and my husband has been trying for the past year. Well with my irregular periods its hard to tell when I ovulate. Is there any helpful tips you can give me? I just started and they last 7 days. (Jan 8th, 2013). So could u estimate of when my ovulation should be. Also I've heard of different things. Don't have sex intill u ovulate, or have sex every day, have sex every other day. Which is true? One more question. Excatly how to count days out to your next period point. Several people has told me count from the day u get off period or the first day u started. Which one? Please help. I really want to get ahold on all these unsure things. Do believe it will increase my changed to understand and help to get pregnant.

You can't possibly know when you ovulate from your periods... research BASAL TEMPERATURE CHART, you will need a highly accurate thermometer... and take the readings daily at the same time and chart them... from that you can detect when you actually ovulate every month. Because women are far from consistent (from woman to woman) at what point in their cycle they actually ovulate.

We can't even give you an accurate guess on when you ovulate. Every woman is different, we'd need access to your body, and around 6 months to determine when you ovulate. Smoothy is right, research Basal Temperature Chart, that is how you will determine when you ovulate.

As for any tips. Frankly, when my husband and I were trying to conceive, we had sex every second day. Some people say you should only have sex during ovulation, others say every day, there are very many different opinions on this subject. It's really up to you.

Good luck. Don't get discouraged. I'll send baby dust your way. :)

O and why did I have white stretchy mucus discharge a few days before my period? I believe it was 2 days ago.
